Refined and prestigious, located in the historical centre of Milan and just minutes away from the fashion district, La Casa di Alice started as a Studio Donati project providing a perfect blend of luxury and design. The pale stone, burnished brass, Corian surfaces and minimalist design complement the fabrics and upholstery by Osborne & Little and Romo in shades of ivory and mauve accented by gold.
The fifteen double-room apartments and one single-room studio, all fully equipped, are given their finishing touches by a selection of exclusive designer items such as the Romeo Soft lamps from Philippe Starck and Glo Ball by Jasper Morrison from Flos, rather than the chairs of Verner Panton.
The reception, located on the ground floor, with its enveloping lines and precious materials reflects the architecture of the building. A curved design is seen throughout, from the reception desk in Corian white to the recesses of the backlit wall in burnished brass, to the Ruche sofas by Meridiani while the oval recesses in the false ceiling create an effect of diffuse lighting.
